The Datapaq Furnace
Tracker Telemetry System allows you to see in real time what happens to
your product during the heat treatment process.
Thermocouples, connected
to the product, feed temperature information to a Data Logger. Protected
from the heat of the furnace by a specially-engineered Thermal Barrier,
the Data Logger transmits the temperature information via Radio Frequency
(RF) back to the PC. To ensure integrity of the data, it is also stored
on the Logger as it is transmitted. The Datapaq Furnace Telemetry System
uses advanced data transmission technology to send and receive information
which makes it ideal to use in most continuous and batch furnaces.
