Data Loggers

Tpaq21

Compact, highly sophisticated and accurate, this logger records 130,000 data readings over 10 selectable channels.

Variable sampling intervals and multiple event programming provides detailed analysis where heat treatment processes are followed by fast moving sections of the product temperature profile, such as gas or water quenches.

Combined with a built-in transmitter to see these processes in real
time, this is an ideal data logger for all applications
.

Highlights:

  • Ten thermocouple channels for maximum data collection on each run.
  • Huge memory capacity: 130,000 data points for detailed process analysis.
  • Sampling intervals down to 0.1 seconds to collect maximum data in minimum time.

XDL12

The new Datapaq external data logging solution to furnace surveying

Datapaq’s XDL12 data logging system provides the complete solution for temperature uniformity surveying in batch and vacuum furnaces where data collection, external to the furnace is desirable.

Combine the XDL12, a rugged, accurate and easy to use data logger, with Datapaq’s powerful and proven Insight Survey analysis software, to ensure that temperature uniformity surveys to AMS2750D standard are achieved quickly and accurately.

Features & Benefits:

  • Choose the thermocouple types required for your application and Datapaq will pre-configure all 12 channels to meet your exact needs.
  • Thermocouple sockets are color coded to IEEE specification, eliminating mistakes with setup and saving technicians valuable time.
  • Accepts standard thermocouple plugs to give a positive and reliable connection (no screw connections), reducing the risk of survey failures and expensive furnace downtime.
  • Accurate and reliable, the XDL12 meets, or exceeds,AMS2750D & CQI-9 specification requirements for field test instruments.
  • Quality build guaranteed. The XDL12’s robust casing is constructed of high grade Stainless Steel and is completely sealed from dust to IP50 specification.
  • With a rechargeable battery for up to 60 hours of use, there is no need to rely on a mains power input.
  • Fully portable. Set up the XDL12 wherever it is most convenient for you.
  • Fitting the optional laptop stand means the XDL12 takes up little workspace area
  • The ‘start/stop’ button operation ensures ease of use. All other operations are via the PC, using Datapaq’s Insight Survey analysis software.
  • Data accuracy guaranteed. The XDL12 is fully protected from ‘earth loops’ or other interference.
  • Clear, easy to read LED’s show logger status at all times.
