Datapaq service contracts are designed to give you peace of mind. Included in the service contract is an annual re-calibration of your logger, and free of charge SOFTWARE UPDATES to ensure that you are always using the most up-to-date version.* Logger repairs will be made FREE OF CHARGE (providing that the fault is not the result of misuse). We may even be able to provide you with replacement equipment on loan, if you need it, while your system is off your premises.
